Simon P. Robinson

Simon Robinson has spent two decades at the intersection of law, finance, and elite human performance. As a former corporate lawyer, institutional investment strategist, and now founder of the SPR Élite Group, Simon has developed and refined a framework for high performance that draws on the best evidence from medicine, psychology, nutrition science, and organisational behaviour.

ReSetLife is the distillation of that work into a single, accessible day — designed for the person who knows they need to reset but hasn't yet found the structure to begin. Simon leads the opening and closing sessions and facilitates the day, with each specialist pillar delivered by the relevant domain expert.

He is a regular commentator on CNBC, Sky Business, and Bloomberg TV, and a frequent contributor to the Australian Financial Review, The Australian, and the Sydney Morning Herald.

Elite Fitness Credentials Simon is one of Australia's most acclaimed spin instructors — having led spin classes for 15 years at two of Sydney's most prestigious fitness institutions: the Westin Hotel, Martin Place (Sydney's No.1 gym) and the Kerry Packer-owned 54 Park Street.
